"The Boys With Noname" film premiere
If you have a love for skateboarding and beer, head to Kettle River on Friday night at 7 pm.

The local brewery will be hosting the premiere for a new skateboarding film shot in Vancouver that features Kelowna talent both in front of and behind the camera. Entry to the showing is $5, capacity will be limited.
Rockets VS Winterhawks
The Kelowna Rockets will be looking for a ‘W’ against the Portland Winterhawks this Friday all while advocating for mental health.

Pairing up with the Kelowna branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association, this week’s game will feature a number of unique events, including a ceremonial puck drop at 7:05 pm.
2020 Spring Lantern Festival
Celebrate the Chinese New Year at the Parkinson Recreation Centre this Saturday night. Join the party and enjoy a delicious meal, a multicultural lantern display, stage performances, children’s activities and more.
Admission is $20 for adults and $12 for kids aged 5 to 11. The fun begins at 6 pm.
Vernon Winter Carnival
Round up the family, pack the car and head north because this weekend marks the kick-off of Vernon’s annual 10-day Winter Carnival.
