Around the council table, Ryan Donn is the resident expert on the arts. "Most people don't know, but I ran because of the arts and culture things going on around town," said the one-term incumbent. "My passion is the space between the buildings we're building. It's the public realm." Donn is also probably the most active councillor on social media which he said keeps him connected with Kelowna residents and their concerns.
