  • VIDEO: How to make salami chips

Who else is tired of seeing everyone rave about how delicious kale chips are?

I mean sure, they have a certain appeal, but have you ever had crunchy meat chips?

    To make them:

Find your favourite salami – I used spicy and sliced them very thin (you're essentially creating pepperoni).

Spread them on a non-stick baking pan, and bake in a 400F degree oven for 5-7 minutes.

Halfway through, pull them out and flip them to ensure even cooking.

Eat them as is – these make an amazing addition to any charcuterie board – or crumble them as a garnish to soups, stews and salads.

I apologize in advance for the addiction I have just introduced you to.

    Enjoy!
