Many new and exciting developments are on their way to Kelowna, and buyers aren't sleeping on the real estate opportunities.

Mission Group, the developer behind the new master planned community of Central Green, says that Phase One and Two are already completely sold out.
Urbana is the last chance left to own a home in the downtown community, at more than 60% sold out. A collection of 55 new homes, Urbana is the third and final phase of condominiums at Central Green, located on the corner of Richter Street and Harvey Avenue.
ONE Water Street is also bringing in a lot of interest from both Kelowna buyers and Vancouver buyers. Nearly 2,000 people have registered as potential buyers for the West Tower since ONE Water Street's groundbreaking ceremony.

Mission Group says that most homes left in Urbana offer a view of the future Rowcliffe Park, which, once completed, will be Kelowna’s largest urban park.
Construction is scheduled to begin on the park in spring of 2018. For more information on Central Green and Urbana, visit the Discovery Centre and Display Home from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 1800 Richter St, or visit the Central Green website.
