Total Inspiration is a karma contest created by KelownaNow and powered by Total Restoration.
The idea is to prompt locals to think about their coworkers, friends or family members that they feel are a total inspiration and deserve a pick-me-up for all that they do.
On Tuesday afternoon, our team set out to surprise local automotive mechanic and business owner Glenn Raith with a prize pack he can share with his buddies!
Raith was nominated by his wife Susan in hopes of giving him a well-deserved break.
"Because he runs his own business, it's hard for him to shut off — he works long hours and on the weekend he is always busy at work finishing things from the week before," she said.

About four years ago, Raith faced a horrible arm injury and had to spend two months recovering in the hospital — but according to Susan, he has not let it slow him down.
"He can't do the same physical work he did before, but that doesn't stop him from trying. He is very determined," she said.
To celebrate his hard work and determination, Raith won a weekend of fun that includes:
