We are in store for another gloomy day in the River City…

The forecast is calling for a high of seven degrees with clouds and a 30% chance of showers.

Overnight, expect a low of four degrees with a 60% chance of showers.

Friday could see highs reach degrees with a mix of sun, clouds, and showers.

Currently, it is three degrees outside and foggy.
