Manatee rescued after being displaced by Irma

Some rescuers jumped into action in Florida, which is still being impacted by the tropical storm Irma, after a manatee became stranded in Tampa Bay.

The manatee became stranded after waters receded, but was saved by a group of people who braved the storm.

The rescuers are being thanked on social media for their act of bravery in saving one of the ocean’s most adorable creatures.
