Prince George RCMP is investigating following a pedestrian-involved collision at the corner of Ospika Boulevard and Davis Road.
According to police, the incident occurred just before 4:30 pm on Sunday. Officers attended and helped transport a 22-year-old man to the hospital with serious injuries. Fortunately, those injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The 73-year-old male driver remained at the scene. Alcohol was not believed to be involved in the incident.
A portion of the road was closed to traffic as investigators gathered evidence. The Ford SUV involved in the collision was seized by police and will undergo a mechanical inspection as part of the investigation.
