The City of Colwood has advised that Lagoon Bridge is closed due to stormy weather today.
According to the city, high tide and storm surges are creating an unsafe situation for drivers and pedestrians.
Logs are being thrown onto the bridge deck by the storm.
Access to Ocean Boulevard is currently limited.
Power outages have also resulted in some areas like Sooke, Langford, Colwood and the Highlands today.
