    Inaugural ‘Rise Awards’ will take place this March

    A new awards initiative launched by Kelowna Women In Business (KWIB)  will come to fruition this March.

    The Rise Awards will be a celebration of all the local women of influence and individuals impacting change within our community.

    Slated for Wednesday, March. 18, the inaugural ceremony will see the recipients be named for the prestigious Woman of The Year and Change-Maker of the year. 

    In addition, attendees will have the chance to hear from keynote speaker Allison Grafton of Rockwood Custom Homes and from co-MC's Laura Didyk of the Business Development Bank of Canada and Chris Walker from CBC.

    Nominations for the awards are open online until Friday, Feb.7, you can submit your nominations by clicking here. 

    The event will be hosted at the Coast Capri Hotel from 5 pm until 9 pm and tickets are available online now, secure your place at the newest event celebrating women in leadership!
