Where are you from and how long have you lived in Kelowna?
I am born and raised in Kelowna.
Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
My wife because I know she'll be surrounded by her three clones. So the answer is my four girls because they're the best.
If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
I'd love to watch the Jays play tonight in Toronto.
What is your favourite local store in Kelowna and why?
Milkcrate. I can look at records forever.
What is your favourite activity?
Listening to music.
If you had to choose: pizza, tacos, or burgers?
Pizza
What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
Falling down the main stairs at KSS in Grade 8 during rush hour and garage sale-ing everything I owned.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
Seeing what happens when you put a group of motivated people together with the same goal.
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
Going on an annual houseboat trip with my family.
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
My family does a fundraiser called the Big Dog Open (bocce tournament). All proceeds go to the cancer foundation.
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
Greed.
What is your favourite activity in Kelowna?
The parks with my kids.
Where would you sneak away to in Kelowna to spend some time alone?
My basement.
What is a hidden gem you enjoy in the Okanagan?
Not sure if it’s a hidden gem but I love a tuna melt at Little Hobo.
Where would you like to see positive change in Kelowna and why?
I feel the city is doing a great job and have their finger on the pulse way more than I do. So I feel it's happening.
If you were granted one wish for work or in life, what would it be?
A wish for work is that everyone over 19 owned a growler.

I eat a bowl of cereal every night before bed.

Why did you get into/start this business?
I felt very passionate about the process of beer. Second reason, I was surrounded by co-workers who all had this vision of BNA. Third reason is I love working with my wife.
What is the goal of your business?
To make Kelowna proud.
What has been your biggest struggle either in work or life?
Learning how to use social media.
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
Exact same. Maybe get into the baby thing earlier.
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
Because it allows people to do what they love in Kelowna. It brings the best out of the community.
