Where can people find your business online?

Why did you get into/start this business?
I have been in the childcare field for over 15 years now, in varying capacities, and have always loved it. I was looking for a new and more stable adventure. We had just purchased our first house, the timing was right and the opportunity/support was there.
What is the goal of your business?
To provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children to grow and thrive in! The Purple Door Daycare is my journey to offer a childcare program that gives each individual child the tools and opportunities that they need to develop into their wonderful selves. I provide all meals and beverages throughout the day and strive for them to be organic, gluten free and locally sourced whenever possible. I use both Urban Harvest and the Farmers' Market weekly which provides the kids with access to wonderful produce and helps me do my part to support other local businesses.
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
Probably the same. I have no regrets, just an overwhelming feeling of love and gratitude.
Why do you think it is important to shop local?
Shopping local supports people in your town, is more sustainable, and helps foster a deeper sense of community.
Give someone that you think deserves it a shout out and explain why!
