Kelowna residents are being told they may notice minor traffic disruptions over the next few days as film production takes place in the city.

Movie crews will be filming and taking photos on May 6 from 11 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. and on May 8 from 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at various downtown and Pandosy Street locations. Signage will be posted to indicate filming is taking place and traffic control personnel will be onsite as well.

On May 6, traffic and parking may be affected on Lawrence Avenue from Water Street to just before Abbott Street between 9:15 and 11 a.m. The alley on the north side of Lawrence Avenue will be closed from 6:45 until 7:15 p.m.

There will be single lane traffic on Royal View Drive from 1 until 3 p.m., and on Mt. Royal Drive from 3:15 until 5:30 p.m. on Sun., May 8. Motorists are asked to plan their route accordingly to avoid delays.
