ELLA on Ellis opens its doors with ribbon cutting ceremony

Kelowna is continuing to focus on building up instead of out.

Mission Group opened the doors to its latest sky high development ELLA on Friday morning with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

With sales officially open, the 20-story, 116-unit concrete tower situated on the corner Ellis and Lawrence will feature commercial outlets on the ground level units before residents start on the 6th floor.

Mission group also confirmed with KelownaNow that the recently purchased site of the old Bargain shop on Bernard Ave will be transformed into a mixed used community development, with retail, office space, and residential units will be for both sale and rental.
