In this episode, we sat down with Barry & Kevin Johnson, the fantastic father-son duo, to hear about their journey into real estate development. Their latest project, ARIVA, centres around health, community, and connection.

Since moving to Kelowna in 1980, Barry Johnson has had a significant effect on the Okanagan Real Estate Industry. For decades, he and his partners have pushed the boundaries to create some of the finest gated communities in Canada. Barry’s vision, and the creative work of the development team at Predator Ridge, is now revered as the Canadian Gold Standard for master planned Golf Resort Communities.

Recently, Barry has come out of retirement to once again push the envelope.  He and his son Kevin have set out to create the ultimate community for active adults, offering the Okanagan's Finest Condominiums in a Luxury Estate that promotes an active, healthy lifestyle in a socially connected community.
