NowMedia meteorologist Wesla English said we can thank “a lack of any incoming weather systems moving inland” for the rays.
She added: “A cooler than seasonal air mass will keep daytime highs in the low teens today [Sunday], but it will gradually get warmer this week.”
But as long as the sun’s out, all should be well.
