Big White welcomes 10cm of fresh snow with more on the way

Kick the long-weekend off strong with a trip up the mountain to enjoy Biggie’s fresh coat of Okanagan champagne powder.

Over the course of the last 24 hours, the resort welcomed 10 centimeters of the fluffy white stuff and another 4 to 8 cm is expected to arrive sometime today.

Sadly, we’re not in for a bluebird day but you can expect some overcast skies with periods of snowfall, calm winds and a potential high of -3C.

In addition, 16 lifts are open to serve 118 runs, some of which have been freshly groomed.

Those of you hitting the slopes with the fam-jam can look forward to the weekly Saturday carnival that will feature sweet treats, games and more!
