Ballet Kelowna is inviting the public to a by donation, first served seating performance next week.
The fourth annual event called, Launch, provides audiences with a behind-the-scenes look at the overall process of rehearsals, the choreography, daily training and everything else that goes into putting a performance together.
The evening will be hosted by Artistic Director and CEO, Simone Orlando.
As well, guest choreographer, Wen Wei Wang, will attend and provide a sneak peak into some of the work he's creating for Ballet Kelowna.
The event takes place on Thursday, October 5th from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Admission is by donation, but any amount given over $25 will be provided with an income tax receipt.
Ballet Kelowna was incorporated on November 7th, 2002 and became a Registered Charity on January 1st, 2003.
This year, the Company is featuring A Streetcar Named Desire, which will be Ballet Kelowna's first full-length ballet.
