The Revenant is currently the favourite to win the Oscar for Best Picture, and the one most betters have put their money on.
Brooklyn and Mad Max: Fury Road and Bridge of Spies have the worst odds of winning Best Picture, so putting $20 on those to win will get you $2,000 if they happen to pull an upset.
Leonardo DiCaprio is most likely to win in the Best Actor category for his role in The Revenant. If so, it’ll be his first. Brie Larsson is the most bet-on Best Actress nominee for lead role in Room.
For Best Director, The Revenant’s Alejandro Gonzalez Innaritu has the best odds of winning. Sylvester Stallone has the best odds of winning Best Supporting Actor for his role in Creed and Alicia Vikander, who is featured in The Danish Girl, is favoured as Best Supporting Actress.
The 88th Academy Awards will be held on February 28, 2016, in Los Angeles.
