    2 suspects arrested after break and enter on River Road

    Prince George RCMP was busy over the weekend, this time dealing with a break and enter in the city. 

    According to police, at 7 am on Sunday, officers heard of a break-in at a commercial compound on River Road. 

    Officers attended the area where they located a man and woman at the scene. Both suspects were arrested without incident and brought into custody. 

    The 40-year-old man and 36-year-old woman were both from Prince George. They were released on documents to appear in court on August 19th. 

    Police would like to remind vehicle owners, especially those with pick-up trucks, to utilize anti-theft devices. 

    Anyone with information on property crimes or break and enters is urged to contact Prince George RCMP at (250)561-3300.
