Fresh snow and clear skies at Big White

The intense cold at Big White has been replaced by a healthy dollop of fresh snow.

Over the last 24 hours, 14 cm of precious powder fell at the hill.

That brings the total snowfall over the last seven days to 75 cm, with a snow base of 264 cm.

With clear skies, calm winds, unlimited visibility and a current temperature of -11ºC, Big White staff have dared to offer some naughty advice.

“Get your sick notes handed in, and come enjoy all this Champagne Okanagan Powder,” they said.

There are 118 runs and 15 lifts open.
