Tuesday should see periods of rain and clearing clouds

We are in store for, yet another, wet day in the River City.

Expect to see some periods of rain through the morning with clearing skies in the afternoon. The high should reach eight degrees.

Overnight, we could get a low of negative three degrees with clouds.

Wednesday should be mostly sunny with a high of three degrees outside.

Currently, it is seven degrees and partly cloudy.
