UPDATE: Coquihalla now open after earlier vehicle incident

(UPDATE: 5 p.m.) – After a closure on the Coquihalla highway this afternoon, DriveBC has confirmed that the road is now open again.

Travellers are advised that delays are expected due to congestion.

DriveBC is warning travellers of a closure on the Coquihalla this afternoon.

The closure is affecting northbound traffic in the Coldwater area at Comstock Road.

An assessment is currently in progress, and Drive BC says crews are enroute.
