Kelowna City Council has given a nod of approval to a draft report on how to deal with the homelessness problem.

The 5 year plan would cost $47 Million to help over 2 thousand people either get into housing or hang-on to what they've got. Dr. Alina Turner delivered presentation on behalf of the Journey Home Task Force, pointing out that much of the spending in the plan would be from other levels of government.
