    Local band wins chance to perform in Roots and Blues festival

    The Roots and Blues Festival is coming to Salmon Arm starting Thursday, August 17th to Sunday, August 20th.

    Roots and Blues is celebrating it’s 25th Anniversary, and tickets are going fast.

    This year, Tiger Moon, a West Canadian Folk duo from Kelowna, was chosen as the winner of the Creative Okanagan Inside the Music Program and will be performing at the festival.

    The Roots and Blues program will be included in the July and August issue of the BC Musician Magazine, which is out on shelves now.
