  • Wilden is celebrating two new neighbourhoods at their upcoming Spring Grand Opening event

There's some exciting news for those interested in living in Kelowna’s largest master-planned community! Wilden has released two new neighbourhood: Lost Creek Point and Echo Ridge.

Lost Creek Point, an extension of the well-established Lost Creek neighbourhood, features 36 semi-detached townhomes and two detached townhomes. The quiet, hillside neighbourhood is an especially popular choice for families due to its proximity to parks, schools and amenities.

Lost Creek Point homes are unique due to their above-standard energy efficiency — 25% to 50% more energy efficient than the average new home.

The homes produce between 25% to 75% less greenhouse gas than the average home, even when using conventional natural gas. Homebuyers will have the option to use carbon-neutral Renewable Natural Gas for a year at no additional cost.

Echo Ridge offers 105 mid-sized single-family lots at a variety of price points. Surrounded by nature, this neighbourhood offers close proximity to trails and beautiful views, with amenities nearby.

Along with Echo Ridge Wilden has released 30 fresh new home designs in Okanagan Modern style. All plans come with base prices and floor plans and can be customized to personal taste and needs.
