  • Western Jaguar to play in Kelowna next month

Maple Ridge “sad indie-rockers” Western Jaguar will pass through Kelowna on Sunday, August 11 as part of their “In Passing Tour.”

Drawing influence from popular acts such as Death Cab for Cutie and Cage the Elephant, the swoon sprinkled rockers are riddled with enough angst and post-influenced guitar tones to get your former teenage self amped!

The “In Passing Tour” will take the band across the province showcasing a plethora of new material including a single of the same name in addition to preparing fans for the release of two new singles set to follow this calendar year.

Their unique range of influences has established the group as a creative and dynamic collective that entices music fans of all ages with a dreamy, alt-rock sound all their own.

You may already recognize this group as they are no strangers to Kelowna, having played just earlier this month at Stuart Park for ParksAlive! so if you missed them, now is your chance.

Western Jaguar will take the stage at Milkcrate Records alongside growing favourites of Kelowna, David The Comic. Doors open at 6:30 pm with music scheduled to begin at 7 pm — cover will be $10!
