Weekend weather calls for snow, sun, and clouds

Prince George residents looking to enjoy the Family Day long weekend will have to do so with some snow and clouds.

According to Environment Canada, Friday night could see periods of snow and temperatures reaching -17°C.

Saturday is expected to be mainly cloudy but could see some sun. Highs are expected to be at -13°C and lows at -21°C.

Prince George will get a little warmer on Sunday as the sun is expected to push highs to -13°C and lows to -20°C.

Finally, on Monday, the city will see its warmest temperatures of the week at -9°C. The mix of sun and clouds will bring lows to -12°C. Nighttime could see snowfall.
