We are in store for a rather dreary day in the River City.

The forecast is calling for mostly clouds with some fog and a high of six degrees.

Overnight, expect clouds to stick around as the low drops to two degrees.

Thursday should also be cloudy with a high of eight degrees.

Currently, it is two degrees outside and foggy.
