Weather with Wesla: The HEAT turns on this weekend!

Welcome to the weekend!

High pressure will build starting Friday, and Mother Nature will turn on the heat this weekend with plenty of sunshine. Expect daytime highs to increase over the next few days with temps in the low 20’s Friday and by Sunday, daytime highs will be in the upper 20’s. Although sun worshippers will enjoy this heat, the snow melt will accelerate rapidly when we will see the warmest temps so far this year early next week. This will add to the current flooding concerns with the increased snow melt at the local mountain summits.
