Companies that employ garbage haulers are paying too much, according to Shawn McLean. McLean, of MTM Waste Solutions Canada, says people need to start paying closer attention to the bills they're paying, and the contracts they're signing.
"They're very one-sided," said McLean. "They're very hard to get out of, they're for multiple years and over the years they increase and increase."
