Over a series of interviews, NowMedia's Kent Molgat sits down face to face with all the candidates vying for Kelowna city council.

There were times when it looked like Charlie Hodge might not live to see the end of last term as a city councillor.  Doctors didn't expect him to survive his stage 4 emphysema, and his entire jaw had to be replaced with titanium and bone from his leg.  But he's running again, and he came wheeling in to KelownaNow with an oxygen tank to cheerfully participate in this interview.
