Some Vancouver residents woke up Monday morning to the smell of smoke as the Burns Bog fire continued to burn aggressively. Delta Fire is working in conjunction with the BC Wildfire Service and Metro Vancouver firefighters with more than 100 members battling the fire.

According to Delta Police, one Delta firefighter has been hospitalized due to a medical condition aggravated by the environment at the scene. There are several road closures in the area and an evacuation order for businesses in the area.
