The water levels in Mission Creek have subsided and two underpasses along Mission Creek Greenway are once again open for public use.
With flows stabilizing over the past week, the trails under the Casorso Rd. Bridge and the Gordon Dr. Bridge are open for use. Regional Parks staff continues to monitor creek levels along the entire length of the recreational corridor.

Users are reminded that during spring runoff, water levels along any creek or stream in the Central Okanagan may rise unexpectedly.
Heading into the Victoria Day long weekend, boaters and those using Okanagan Lake boat launches and docks are advised to keep their speed and wake down close to the shoreline to prevent wave erosion in light of the high lake water level. They should also continue to watch for floating debris that may be on area lakes as a result of the spring runoff.
