We are in for another winter-filled day in the River City…

The forecast is calling for clouds and periods of snow throughout the day with a high of a negative degree.

Overnight, expect the low to reach negative four degrees with more clouds and a 60% chance of flurries.

Wednesday should see periods of snow mixed with rain as the high reaches one degree.

Currently, it is negative six degrees outside with clouds and flurries.
