    TRU training house program acknowledged for its excellence

    TRU’s School of Trades and Technology has taken home a gold Okanagan Housing Award of Excellence for its training house project.

    This announcement was made at the annual Canadian Home Builder Association Central Okanagan awards in Kelowna.

    Formerly known as the Tommie Awards, the Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence acknowledge the best design, development, construction and marketing of residential and commercial projects. These awards are meant to symbolize excellence, vision, and talent.

    TRU has been recognized with over 11 Tommies, five Georgies and eight Keystone awards.
