The toy is made of 10 laminated cardboard cubes and nine wooden blocks in a variety of shapes. The cubes stack three feet tall and have five activity sides.

The product dimensions are 16 inches by six inches x six inches.

The recall was initiated by Health Canada because pieces of laminated paper can be torn off the cardboard cubes, and young children might choke on them.
