Positive energy isn't hard to create. It’s the type of feeling you get after something like exercising, yoga, meditation, being out in nature, reading one of your favourite books or spending time with your favourite people. In my experience to understand what positive energy really feels like you have to know the opposite. It's easy to meet good energy with good energy, but what happens when you’re met with negative energy?
You've likely been in a situation, a job, a relationship or a friendship that felt off. It felt negative just being there. It gave you a weird sense that something wasn't right. Maybe it was something you couldn't quite put your finger on, but it didn't feel right.

There is power in energy, both negative and positive, so the one you choose to be around is what you will continue to see in your life. If you're okay with spending time around people who don't make you feel great then that's a choice, just remember you chose it.
If being in places that make you feel positive, inspired and motivated is what you know feels good, spend more time there. Get to know the people who also spend time there. – I'm biased, but a yoga studio is a great place to grow positive energy in your life!

Look at where you're spending your time and with whom. Evaluate how it makes you feel. What kind of energy are you putting out into the world and what kind are you taking in? Don't get swept into friendships or relationships that don't make you feel wonderful. There’s no need to waste time doing things that don't inspire you.

Leave a job that doesn't light you up and stay true to the energy that you know makes your life feel whole. This isn't to say you won't experience negative energy again, you will. And, when you do, you'll remember that your outlook is one hundred percent up to you and that everyone else in this world is doing their best to find the energy that works for them too. What energy will you meet your life with?
Always leave someone in better spirits than you found them in.
Big hugs + happy Sunday,
Love Roz
