    Kenna Cartwright Park takes the spot of the second-best dog park in Kamloops.

    At this park, you and your pup can explore a multitude of trails while taking in panoramic views of the city and the beautiful Thompson River.

    The park spans nearly 800 hectares making it the largest municipal park in the province. And with over 40 km of nature trails of varying difficulties, you can explore new trails each time you return, and get in some good exercise too.

    Gold: Pioneer Park

    Taking the top spot is Pioneer Park, located along the stunning scenic bank of the South Thompson River!

    This park offers both incredible views and access to a sandy beach where your pup can cool off with a dip in the water.

    You can also take a leisurely stroll along the park's picturesque walkway and explore the iconic Red Bridge, too.
