Kelowna is likely to see a bit of everything today.
NowMedia meteorologist Wesla English is forecasting a real mixed bag for the city.
“There will be sunny breaks between the isolated pockets of rain and snow,” she explained.
“Daytime highs will remain slightly below seasonal near 6ºC for today and tomorrow, however signs point to a cooler weather pattern this weekend with daytime highs near or below zero starting Friday.”
She added: “Don’t store the shovels away for the season yet!”
Arctic air is the culprit behind the incoming cool weather, Wesla said.
Today’s low is expected to be about -2ºC, coming just before midnight.
