Snowy weekend in the cards for Penticton, followed by sunshine on Monday

It might be a good weekend to stay home, because Penticton is in for a couple of snow days.

Fresh powder has already started falling today, with amounts of 5 to 10 cm in the forecast. Another 2 cm is expected to fall overnight.

On Saturday, Penticton’s forecast is calling for flurries during the day and overnight.

It’s forecasted to stay near 1C on Saturday, and a high of 4C is in the cards for Sunday.

We’re not expected to see sunshine and clearer skies again until Monday.
