Snowfall warning for the Coquihalla Highway continued

A snowfall warning is still in place for the Coquihalla Highway today.

According to Environment Canada, a southwest flow of moisture and unstable air will continue to impact the route between Hope and Merritt this weekend.

Heaviest accumulations expected today, with amounts of up to 15 to 20 cms in the forecast.

Another 5 to 10 cm is expected tonight and tomorrow.

Travellers are warned to watch road conditions and adjust their speed to the weather.
