    San Francisco Fashion Line Features Kamloops Artist

    Kamloops resident Kelly Perry says it has been an amazing journey.

    Her scarves and fashion pieces have been picked up by San Francisco based fashion line VIDA and are featured in their winter collection. While Perry’s fashion pieces were inspired and chosen from her artwork, the proceeds from her work will go on to inspire much more.

    Perry says her pieces will be produced by workers in India and Pakistan and, in exchange, they will be provided access to literacy and other educational programs.

    She currently has eight pieces that are featured in the fashion line.

    VIDA is a shopping and retail company which collaborates with multiple designers from around the world.
