As a sales rep at NowMedia Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships with clients and helping businesses achieve their goals.

NowMedia Group is a 360 marketing agency made up of six divisions that helps businesses grow, develop and succeed. Your day to day role will vary offering a vibrant and diverse experience as you engage in different aspects of the business. From branding strategy work and social media content to print services, videography and more. Each day will be a new and thrilling adventure!

We are keen to expand our sales team in Kelowna, Vernon and Penticton with people who share an exceptional work ethic, are competitive and strive for success. If you have a minimum of one year experience in outbound sales plus excellent written and communication skills, this may be the perfect position for you.

We offer a base salary of $30,000 per year. In addition to stable income, we provide the opportunity to boost your earnings through commission which ranges from 5%-15% depending on the sale. The more you sell, the more you can earn! After successfully completing the 90-day probation period, you'll be entitled to health benefits.

In this role, having experience with technology, email communication and CRM, will give you an advantage. These skills will help you engage with clients in a meaningful way to ensure a smooth sales experience.
