Prince George RCMP locate 2 missing women at Tamarack Street residence

Prince George RCMP has located a missing person who has not been seen for over a month.

On October 8th, police received a report that Tammy Leah Ann Alexis had not been seen in the city since September 22nd.

On Wednesday, frontline officers entered a residence on Tamarack Street under the authority of missing person legislation. Alexis and another missing woman were found inside the residence.

Both women were safe and neither were victims of a crime. Police did not mention who the second missing woman was.

Investigators want to thank members of the public that assisted officers during this investigation.
