This is some breaking news!
There’s been a very welcome tranche of fresh snowfall at Big White in the last 24 hours.
It amounts to 9 centimetres of the precious white stuff.
The weekly total is now at 36 cm, while the snow base is at 279 cm.
The temperature, meanwhile, is -9ºC.
Visibility is limited at the hill, while skies are obscure and winds calm.
There are 15 lifts and 119 runs open.
It’s also Ladies’ Day at Big White.
