It seems the final credits have rolled for a North Okanagan film studio.

Okanagan Studio in Vernon is up for sale on Colliers International at a price tag of $5.75 million.

"Okanagan Studios offers over 50,000 square feet of dedicated sound stages, flex space, furnished offices and ample parking on our four-acre lot," reads Okanagan Studio's bio on its website.

According to Okanagan Studio's Facebook page, the last production at the studio was the film The Recall.

The studio was strongly encouraging filmmakers to take advantage of British Columbia’s "Out Of Zone" regional and distance tax credits offered outside of Metro Vancouver.

According to Okanagan Studios, the tax credits available for shooting in the Okanagan rank among the highest in North America.
