On Wednesday evening, the annual Honda Celebration of Light kicked off its second night of action in Vancouver.

Team Sweden was second up in this year’s event, which draws more than a million spectators over its three nights.

While it was the Swedes’ night to light up the sky, some Canadian content stole the show early on when the Canadian Forces Snowbirds soared over English Bay.

However, when it was finally Sweden's turn to light up the sky they did not disappoint.

The final night of the festival takes place this Saturday when South Korea will take center stage.
