    The 55-year-old was found dead in her Manhattan apartment after taking her own life.

    That has started to come to light over social media today, as fans of her work have started to share memories of their first Kate Spade bag on Twitter.

    “When Aviator’s Wife made the list, I did – here's the photo I sent to my editor when I bought it.”
