  • OK Pet Project: What to buy your pets for Christmas

Nobody panic, but Christmas is right around the corner. We can’t forget about our fur babies come the 25th, so I hit up a few of our local pet stores and got some suggestions. Make sure you go visit all our friends and cross the last couple of names off your shopping list.

    What: Dog Beds
Who: Bowsers Pet Products out of Mississauga, Ontario
Where: Pounce and Hound, 2720 Richter St
Why: These ultra luxurious beds for our dogs are both functional and fashionable. They are designed with interior decor in mind, so you don’t have to hide the dog bed when you have guests over. The cushions inside are separate, so when you take the cover off to wash it, reassembly is a breeze. The fabric is Oeko-Tex certified, which means it is tested and does not contain any harmful substances or materials.

    What: Polar Trex Dog Boots

They’re basically a really great running shoe for active pups. The bonus? The adjustable fit means your dog isn’t going to run right out of them.
